We use Sunnen Horizontal Honing machines and Delapena Vertical Honing Machines in various configurations.

GUNDRILLING - OFFSET

5.0mm to 25mm (1,000mm depth)

Machines for Drilling offset. Fulfilling customer demand in areas such as Mould Tool, Waterways, Heater Holes and Hydraulics.

GUNDRILLING - CENTRELINE

3.0mm to 35mm (2,500mm depth)

6 Mollart Machines, all fitted with Counter Rotation units for producing the best possible run-out tolerances. Materials include carbon steels through to high temperature alloys.
